Introducing... Peyton News We are pleased to introduce to you the first edition of Peyton News. We developed this little newsletter because there is information of a timely nature that we need to communicate with you. We hope to publish this again as the need arises Renovations Update There is a great deal happening at the Peyton currently. As you may note we are undertaking major renovations on the fourth and fifth floors. As the signs say, we apologize for any inconvenience. Refer a New Tenant and Earn a Riverpark Square Gift Certificate Do you know a business colleague looking for new office or retail space? Refer him or her to us and potentially win a prize! This month we are launching a marketing campaign for the Peyton Building to the business community. With the renovations in process, we are working toward leasing all of the space in the building. We would greatly appreciate any assistance that you could provide. We would like to offer an incentive to our current tenants fo refering other businesses. If you refer another business that ends up signing at least a two year lease, we will reward you with Riverpark Square gift certificates of $100-$500 in value depending on the size of the office leased. (444-7700) Going Live with www.peyton.biz Be a Part of the "Biz Directory" As a part of our marketing campaign for the building we are launching a new website. Peyton.biz will help us market the building to potential tenants. The site contains a building overview as well as floor plans. It will also contain building resource information as well as useful links to outside services, restaurants, etc. We are also developing the site as a tool to help market the businesses in the building. The site will include a Peyton business directory. We hope the directory will help the businesses in the Peyton to network with one another as well as expose them to the broader community. You will find attached to the hard copy of this newsletter a small form. In it we are requesting some basic information we would like to include on this website. |
