 Parking As you may have noticed, there is a new parking garage under construction one block south of the Peyton Building across from the Davenport. The new parking garage is part of the overall Davenport project. We have negotiated special pricing for parking in this facility. We are including parking in new leases of 1000 S.F. or more.
