Our aim is not only to provide exellent space and atmosphere, but also to support strongly the business activities of our tenants. Biz Services include:

Conference Room: The common conference room is available to all tenants and can be reserved on-line. Go there.

Catering: Catering can be provided for business meetings in any part of the building and ordered on-line. Catering is provided by the North 10 Cafe or Nikos. Go there.

Digital Projection and Video Conferencing: The Peyton Building provides digital projection and video conferencing as a service to our tenants. These services can be reserved on-line as well by tenants in the administrative area. Go there.

Parking: Some parking included in new leases of 1000 SF or more in the new Davenport Parking Garage. Go there.

Janitorial & Maintenance: Full janitorial services is included in leases. On-line form for maintenance requests expedites service. Go there.

Mailing & Shipping: USPS, Airborne, and UPS boxes available on-site. Go there.

Internet Service: High Speed Internet (T-4) networking and connectivity provided by the building's resident ISP. Go there.

North 10 Cafe: The North 10 Cafe, located in the lobby area of the building, offers a wonderful selection of breakfast and lunch fare for tenants and the public. Free delivery in the building is provided. Go there.

Nikos: Located in the building, Nikos is Spokane's premier Greek restaurant. Nikos offers a wonderful place for lunch and also a great source for catering needs. Go there.
