The Peyton Building is part of Spokane's Terabyte Triangle, the consortium of downtown buildings working together to provide high speed connectivity and services to businesses. The building has an in-house ISP that provides Internet service from dial-up to high speed Internet service to tenants. The Peyton Building is the latest Terabyte Triangle Building to add optical fiber connectivity to its list of amenities. The new fiber line, provided by Time Warner Telecom, offers a robust 4 megabyte bandwidth.

Some offices are already fully networked and connected for high speed Internet access. New build outs will include this networking if desired.

The Peyton Building also has video conferencing available. Connected over the Internet, the video conferencing center will allow you to meet with others in remote locations via the live feed. Presenters will be able to do Powerpoint presentations locally and actually project them in conference locations anywhere in the world using the Internet connection.
